nyfw fall 2014

Here are just some of the looks from NYFW fall 2014 that get my seal of approval...

ADEAM: Loving this pink/white/gray combo...especially for fall when everything's supposed to be dark and heavy, these colors add some soft lightness to the season (did that even make sense?....NO. No it did not). I want the pants, I want the skirt, and I want them now! (even though I know I could never pull off either of them). Also, I really want to find a nail polish in that shade of pink, I think it's so feminine and pretty. I can not get over these colors! Love! ps. these models are too gorgeous to handle. 

 Black dress with a cool shape? My cup of tea. 

I think that both the model and the gown look stunning. The flying birds make this dress seem to flow even more smoothly and gracefully. I imagine these birds flying in the quiet night against a navy sky, and everything is peaceful, which is probably why I am so drawn to this gown. 

Dian von Furstenberg: The little waves are adorable. Nuff said.

Kaelen: Again with this amazing pink! I am absolutely in love with the simplicity of this dress, and the minimalist hair and makeup styling. The dress hangs in such a shapeless way that I didn't notice its cool cut at first, but it's beautiful. I don't know why but this dress reminds me of a baby pink feather (even though it has no resemblance to a feather) because it looks light and airy...as if the person wearing it could fly away with the wind. And the shoes. O M G the shoes!

DKNY: Even though this is supposed to be a mens jacket I would like it for myself, please and thank you... And I think any girl would look super cool in it. 

Thakoon: One of my favorite looks by far. I am a minimalist, so this look is totally satisfying. I think this is a sweater and dress but I'm not quite sure (it might just be a dress). But anyway, if the sweater and dress are separate pieces...BRING ME THAT SWEATER! First of all navy is one of my favorite colors to wear, and second, the shape is PERFECTION. I love the subtle criss-cross in the front and the fact that it's cropped makes it even more exciting. Just in general this look is amazing from head to toe (the shoes are so perfect for the look, and also by themselves). Can I please be this model right now?
